Problem
The program needed a way to manage rosters, schedules, and scores without technical overhead. Donations and advertising payments were handled outside the website, making it difficult to track and manage funding sources.
Solution
I built the platform using Next.js and React to create a fast, responsive experience that works smoothly across devices. To make day-to-day updates simple for non-technical users, I implemented a structured content workflow with Prismic, giving administrators an intuitive way to manage rosters, schedules, scores, and season updates. I also integrated secure payments through Stripe for booster fees, donations, and advertising purchases—bringing content management and community engagement into one streamlined platform.
